Greetings pasta lovers!

A quick and delicious recipe tonight from the tiny kitchen of the Fat Chamois. Nothing too wild. With usual suspects from the cupboard, as listed in the title. Spaghettoni from Pastazara.

We made this one with a lot of sliced garlic! True garlic fiends.

You start with garlic, olive oil and gradually add the rest of the ingredients. Low heat. Canned tomatoes, water, parsley, the rinds. Put the lid on and simmer for 45-60 minutes. The rinds, if you have them are umami bombs! Just make sure they were not waxed before. Check for salt and black pepper.

We cooked the pasta directly in the sauce.
