Lavash chips are simple, fast and very tasty, especially since you can choose spices and sauces for the chips to your taste.
Two lavash rolls make a decent bowl of chips, but for lovers we recommend taking more, because it’s hard to stop! A delicious recipe made from simple ingredients in 20 minutes! INGREDIENTS:

●Thin lavash – 5 pcs.
●Vegetable oil – 20 ml
●Salt – 1 tsp
●Black pepper – to taste
●Italian herbs – 0.5 tsp
●Smoked or regular paprika – 1 tsp

1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. C
2. Cut the lavash into rectangles or diamonds. Add vegetable oil, salt, favorite spices (I added smoked paprika and Italian herbs). Stir until all the pieces of lavash are covered with vegetable oil and spices. Place on parchment, bake for about 4-5 minutes. Then turn the pieces of lavash over and bake for another 8-10 minutes.
3. Be guided by your oven; the lavash should dry well, but not burn.
