It’s the best of the best. Packed with protein. Wholesome ingredients, love it

**Ingredients**
1/2 pack halloumi cheese
1 cucumber
tomatoes
1 red onion
1 green pepper
salt
pepper
olive oil
lemon juice
honey
paprika powder
1 clove garlic
fresh dill
olives
avocado (optional)
hummus
sour cream /greek yoghurt

**Instructions**
Chop the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, green pepper, and avocado if using and season with salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice and mix well to make the salad. In a bowl combine sour cream, minced garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and finely chopped fresh dill to make tzatziki and set it aside. Slice the halloumi cheese and cook it in a non-stick pan over medium heat and sprinkle with paprika powder and drizzle with honey while cooking, being careful as the honey may splatter, and cook until golden brown on both sides. To assemble the bowl, start with the salad, then add tzatziki, hummus, and the cooked halloumi cheese, and finish by sprinkling with olive oil and adding olives.
