    Been eating grilled chuck steak for 20+ years now.  Cheap and delicious, just the right amount of fat to make it melt in your mouth.  And did I mention cheap?  Yeah I did, because compared to other steaks it is, but just as delicious as far as I care.

    I love chuck for a variety of cuts/recipes. Poor man’s ribeye.

    Looks great. You know you can buy a sous vide for $39 now on Amazon. Or at Walmart. Well worth the investment if you want to do stuff like this. And you can just use gallon bags and water seal for the sous vide bags. Work great.

    Sous vide is overrated for beef. The only reason why it is commonly used is that it is easy. I like using my pellet grill way more.

    Don’t get me wrong, sous vide is great for things that you want marinating in its own juices like carrots.

    Definitely don’t cut with the grain. Rookie move. But other than that cooked well .
