it’s usually just oreo crumbs and butter
riddle-me-this
That looks like the DQ ice cream cake. There are a few dupe recipes for it online. The one I’ve seen for the cookie crunch layer is:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Food processor, blend cookies until crumbles, but not too fine. Add butter as you pulse 3. Spread crumbles on cookie sheet, bake until dry (10~ min) 4. Melt chocolate and coconut oil 5. Pour over cookie crumbles and fold together until encorporated 6. Spread into even layer, fridge until cool
It’s crumbled chocolate wafer cookies coated in chocolate cone dip, then layered with fudge.

Not answering your question as you have other answers, but if you’re making your own ice cream cake I highly recommend slicing a frozen block of ice cream and pressing it into a springform pan and then smooshing any slightly melted boys into any gaps instead of trying to pour/smooth in a bowl of melted/softened ice cream. Layer for the bottom, layer for the sides, freeze. Chocolate layer, freeze. Another layer of sliced ice cream and filled gaps, freeze.

4 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
1 ounce coconut oil
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Food processor, blend cookies until crumbles, but not too fine. Add butter as you pulse
3. Spread crumbles on cookie sheet, bake until dry (10~ min)

You can make it easier than buy it. [This is the biscuit recipe here.](https://thegreatbritishbakeoff.co.uk/recipes/all/prue-leiths-bourbon-biscuits/) Just roll out in sheets of even thickness, bake and crumble.
