You can youtube it, you can use the search function here. There are plenty of options but the consensus is yes, it’s very fucking hot.

The mouth burn is tolerable but I was able to track it through my digestive track as it burned its away along.

Your insides will hemorrhage fire and you will shit lava for 4-7 business days

It should be about room temperature.
According to Google it’s 9 million Scoville units.

It’s alright. From what I remember it wasn’t spicy but it burned my stomach a lot.

One of the worst most unfun challenges out there. This one is not that bad in the mouth you will chew it up and it will burn and be stabby but nothing crazy until you swallow it. If you love the severe abdominal cramps part of eating spicy food think of this as like “the cap cramps challenge”.

I have done this. It was very hot. And you would expect the bear to be cinnamon flavored, it is not flavored at all. That makes is gross “tasting.”
There are some nuances that you have to understand with this one:
This is very much a balance between over spicing your mouth and causing digestive distress.
On the one hand, you can “chew it up” by chomping three times and swallowing. This will cause severe stomach pain and will make you crap your brains out. But it will seem “This one is not that bad in the mouth” and make you initially think it is a easy challenge.
On the other hand, you could chew the bear for the full five minutes and start hallucinating with the endorphin rush to your head due to the pain. But have very little (or none, in my case) digestive issues.
And then the third option: Find the balance between the two…
