Mingles was my favorite meal (was a lunch) in Seoul. Everything was tasty, it edged out Eatanic Garden slightly and Born and Bred by quite a lot for me personally.
**Food:** the potato, caviar soup was the best warmup intro! Nice way to start warm and get you ready. The different flavors were all fantastic and the crab risotto was the best I’ve had. This was an incredibly strong intro for me to multiple Korean techniques.
**Service:** service was great, my servers knew I am new to Korean fine dining and took time to explain dishes, history, and techniques to me. The Makgeolli they helped me choose was delicious and a nice pairing with the menu.
If you have limited time to try restaurants in Seoul, I highly suggest prioritizing Mingles.
