I’m not a guru or a body builder but as someone who watches my calories, brown rice is better for you and takes longer to digest so it keeps you feeling full! It takes a bit longer to cook, though.

What else are you eating/drinking per day? Presumably one of these chicken dishes a day?

As someone who’s trying to lose weight and build some muscle, I’ve been told to lay off the rice. (I’m an Australian with South indian ethnicity) i eat a decent amount of protein either via lean pork, beef, lamb, or chicken. Can I continue to eat rice?

My energy off of eggs, meat, honey, and fruit has been crazy. I dont eat rice/potatoes or bread, any carb besides fructose. Try it out some day, it’s damn tasty too. Nice prepping tho

  5. How do you store and reheat? Do you freeze some of these and keep some in the fridge? I’m usually wary of keeping rice or chicken in the fridge for more than 3/4 days.

I just wanna say, this is awesome! I don’t know why everyone is hating? I’m super into the gym and my boyfriend is too, and our fridges look similar. However, I personally die inside when I eat the same thing for more than a few weeks lol. That level of dedication is next level. Your muscle gain is looking amazing— keep up the awesome work bro 🩶

This is really random, but I’ve recently started making lentil soup with chicken and tons of veggies, and the macros are similar to my normal meal preps! If you ever wanna switch it up, definitely look into it or something similar! 🙂

I like chicken, but unless I’ve got it in a creamy sauce, I don’t make more than two portions – ends up so dry.

if I may ask, how are you cooking the veg? also would you say getting a crockpot is worth it for meal prepping if cutting? I’ve seen a lot of people use it as a good option to cook without oil and was wondering if it was worth the investment over just using the oven

You know that spices have like zero calories don’t you?

Nice gains, but daily plan needs green leafy vegetable. I can not stress enough how important they are for keeping your digestive tract and heart healthy. My family and I were just discussing how many wonderfully muscled men we’ve known who have developed heart disease early in life, and I don’t want that to be you.

Brother how much time do you spend shaving your body? A guy with a beard like that isn’t that smooth without dedication.

  12. Might be dumb but how should one measure the rice ? I thought it was supposed to be uncooked.

  13. Mountain_Nerve_3069

That’s a lot of rice. Would’ve been probably better if those were roasted veggies or something.

How many days is this for? Looks like about 3 days worth of food to me.

Its bad to put bananas in the fridge.

  16. nah it really doesn’t, you don’t need to eat like a cave man to build muscle. You can get the macros with delicious meals

my brother in bulking jesus…. there are zero calorie seasonings out there. flavor the chicken prior to making the bowl, same for the veggies, you can use bone brother ot make the rice and soak up some protein there. either way… you don’t have to live like this. I lived this life for almost a year before I found better ways, you can as well.

OP doesn’t need to add anymore seasoning to his food because there is more than enough salt in the comments.
