all made with a lot of love – miso soup is shiitake, shimeji, chrysanthemum greens, and firm tofu. I finally sharpened my knives and cut my salmon Japanese style and salted it, I think my tamagoyaki is slightly overcooked, but it still tasted pretty good! I served it with shiso, and some kimchi (not homemade lol) and fresh fruit with a side of sencha!
