    Why was it downvoted? Sauce texture looks pretty traditional to me. Some people expect a more American style sauce with more tomato and less meat but they’re wrong.

    Were they angry about the papardelle instead of tagliatelle?

    I dunno i think it looks great 🤷‍♂️

    I suspect it might be the way you arranged the pasta into a ball as I see nothing weird with it otherwise. I think you only do that with spaghetti

    Looks really good to me (am italian and upvoted).
    I would double the size, though.
    Also I wouldn’t mind a tiny bit more liquid fattyness. Scooping the plate with a scarpetta is always nice and yummy.
    Would remove the green grass on top and powder grated the cheese.

    I mean if I’m splitting hairs, perhaps the pasta could have been rolled a little thinner. But otherwise I see no problem with this dish.
