💛About us:
Hi! We are Trey and Rosa, we have 5 kiddos and we moved from the big city of Las Vegas to the outskirts to homestead and grow our own food with the goal of self-sufficiency. We converted to eating plant based due to health reasons and we’ve seen the benefits it has done to our family!
We have a small homestead/desert garden and we are passionate about growing our own food, eating a clean & healthy plant-based diet, cooking food from scratch, and making simple skincare products for our family and for you.

  1. Sorry I will have to watch you tomorrow because we have a really bad snow storm and I have to save on my phone thank you until tomorrow

  2. Love the grocery haul! I find them interesting. Tomorrow I start a $30 – $40 budget shop…for just one!!! Wish me luck…LOL.

  3. Thank you for sharing you get some good deals! No such luck here in NY. Quick question what protein powder does your son Emmanuel use? Please and thank you 😊

  4. Hi Rosa❤ I hope you had a great Christmas and New Year with your family. Get this. I went to my sisters for the holidays and they eat everything. I didn’t want to make a fuss about eating plant based so I ate all the things for over a week. Big mistake. My arthritis flared up like crazy and I really paid the price. I was amazed at how fast it came back. Never again. It’s not worth it. That’ll teach me…lol. Are you going to make the Thai soup in a video? I’d love to see it. Great haul. ☮️💟

  5. My favorite place on a Sunday morning! I absolutely love watching grocery hauls! You got some great bargains! I love me a clearance rack too! I just tallied up all my figures for last year’s budget, and in total on groceries, I spent $2587.08. I live alone, so that’s just for me, one middle-aged adult for one year.

  6. Grace is a chef carefully choosing her ingredients for her next gourmet meal. Too bad Mercy didn’t get baby bok choy 🥬

  7. It’s entirely likely that some of the blueberries in your wild blueberry jam came from Maine. We’re known for potatoes, lobsters, and wild blueberries.

  8. I got a really good deal on the outshine bars last summer and stocked up; don’t eat them now because it’s cold in Iowa! I’ll have to look for those red pears in my area.

  9. Hey, girl.
As a Walmart employee, we do need the bell peppers of different colors to be in different bags. Or you're going to create ahold up at the check out while we weigh each color differently. Thanks for sharing. ❤ much love

  10. What a super home-schooled field trip…that was just amazing to see the kiddos do the shopping, picking out produce…looking for deals. Excellent job, Rosa!

  11. Great haul! We are only a family of two, but it’s so fun living vicariously through you with your huge hauls. I’m looking forward to seeing your blueberry cake. Have a beautiful week! 🌈

  12. I also juice and tend to go through A LOT of carrots, apples, celery, oranges, pineapple, cucumbers, and i like to juice a little ginger also. Sounds weird I know but I am really enjoying it.
I'm with Trey, avocados are so good in salads.
You had a good haul there and looks like you did well for everything you were able to get. Thanks for sharing and have a blessed week.

  13. I just love your vlogs! I’m fairly new to a plant based diet so I’m so happy to have your videos as a huge resource for me!!
I want to say also that your children are so blessed to be raised in not only a loving home, but they’re being taught how to cook healthy, nourishing foods!
I especially love to see your kids in the kitchen! You can see the love they have for cooking and making new things! I just love it!!
As an avid cook myself, it’s always been one of my hobbies (and also my love language!!) it excites me for the next generation you are raising to love cooking also!!
Much love to you all from Oregon 🌲🌲❤️💕🙏🏼~Miss Trina~

  14. Your Kroger must be in a nicer area than ours because the organic selection is bigger and well stocked. Nice deals, too! And the kids were so helpful. 😊

  15. Great grocery haul!!! I love to watch grocery hauls!!! Your children are a great help in shopping!! Love your videos!!!😊

  16. I really enjoy watching your grocery hauls! I typically buy the same brands at my stores here in North Carolina and I appreciate comparing prices! I love the pink and blue utensils as my kitchen is pink and blue! Thank you all so much! 🐦🐦🐦

  17. My son has decided to go plant based. Last night I grilled him some young canned jack fruits cooked in vegan bacon seasoning for his bbq option . So yummy !
