Feel like I’m So close but this is the result every time… it just doesn’t flow onto the crema. I’m adding only the smallest amount of air to make sure it’s not foamy and it’s just clunky and hard to draw anything. When I do a mocha it flows Excatly how I expect it to!

I’ve got a nice espresso everytime so I know it’s not that and I’m using the standard jugs that come with the machine.

Happy to upload of video of my steaming if that helps but if anyone can advise on how to make the milk flow better I’d appreciate it! I’m working on a sage duel boiler.
