Here’s the recipe: https://natashaskitchen.com/zuppa-toscana-recipe-video/

I kept cooking the Italian sausage until it started frying on some sides which was awesome, the bacon was so crispy, the kale was pre-chopped but felt fresh and non soggy, it was sooooo yummy. I used reduced sodium broth and barely salted it since the Italian sausage and bacon garnish was salty enough.

5/5 I’ve never ever replicated a dish from a restaurant before, this is my 2nd time in my life making soup, but this recipe made me feel like my soup was better than Olive Garden! It was so yummy.

Ik it won’t freeze well for meal prepping because of the kale, potatoes, and cream (so everything) but I’ll try it for last container, maybe I’m not picky and will like it 😂

Note: last time I ate this much kale, I also needed more bathroom time so idk if eating this daily will do my tummy well but let’s see how far my digestive system can handle 🤔
