    I used Pastry Living with Aya’s vanilla madeleine recipe but browned the butter and added dry nonfat milk to it to create more brown bits and sandwiched (see what I did there?) some orange marmalade in between layers of batter before baking. I also used Preppy Kitchen’s Swiss meringue buttercream, but left out the salt
