One of my favorite post work meals.
-Brown some a clove of thinly sliced garlic in olive oil
-toss in some cherry tomatoes (measure with your heart)
-allow tomatoes to sizzle until the skins start to blister then crush with a wooden spoon
-add a healthy pinch of salt, fresh ground black pepper, and red chili flakes
-allow to cook down while cooking pasta to just shy of al dente
-add some fresh basil to the sauce about a minute before transferring the pasta to the pan
-add pasta and a laddle of pasta water to the sauce, agitate to allow the sauce to emulsify
Plate and serve! On the table in less than 30 minutes

That my friend looks absolutely gorgeous! I’m sure it tastes as wonderful as it looks👌
Love this I make it multiple times a week. It’s also quite good with some store bought pesto stirred in at the end.
