    A margherita is a pizza with peeled crushed tomatoes (like San Marzano) as a sauce and large pieces of buffalo mozzarella on it, cooked quickly at a high heat, then topped with fresh torn pieces of basil.

    This is a plain ass cheese pizza. Looks pretty good, wouldn’t consider it a crime. Not a margherita tho.
