Mince Pie puffs? Mince Pie pillows? All I know is I’ve made mince pies from scratch the same way for the last several years, and I’m very lazy this year; so I did these in the style of sausage rolls with shop-bought puff pastry and a jar of mincemeat. And they’re actually not too bad. And they were ridiculously easy!
