Oh man, MASSIVE fan. I moved to Saint Louis 15 years ago and had never heard of them. Can’t get better bang for the buck on a grill.

Tony’s and Lea and Perrins for the win. At least that’s how a lot of us do it quick and easy in Louisiana. We all have our own seasoning mix. But for quick and easy Tony’s or Slap Ya Mamma and some Lea and Perrins Worcestershire sauce and slap it on the grill (or skillet) and you got a good pork steak meal with little effort.

It’s a way underrated cut of pork.
