I usually don't eat breakfast before work (or just have coffee) and these are the meals I made for tomorrow. I'll have the dumplings around 11am and the chicken teriyaki around 2pm). 460 cal remaining for dinner.
Mostly made from the frozen food section at Trader Joes, except the mini wontons which are Bibigo, and the carrots and broccoli.

    • 4 pieces of kimbap 190 cal (140 per serving of 3 pieces, approx 47 cal per piece)
    • 1 teriyaki bao 64 cal (190 per serving of 3 bao)
    • 6 Chicken cilantro mini wontons 100 cal (50 cal per serving of 4)
    • 2 Chive and veggies dumplings 80 cal (120 cal per serving of 3 dumplings)

    Chicken teriyaki bowl
    • Cauliflower rice 50 cal (50 cal per cup)
    • Approx 1 cup Broccoli 30 cal
    • 1 carrot 25 cal
    • Approx 2/3 cup Teriyaki chicken 200 cal (240 cal per cup frozen)

    My dinner was the same serving as the box of dumpings, and it was really filling. I made a double serving so I could take some to work tomorrow.

    I love those Trader Joe’s bao. One of my go to low cal lunch options w/ some sriracha!
