All this “sushi” looks awesome. I’m particularly fond of hand rolls. Love a hamachi handroll with quail egg on top. I also like the variety. For me, the different fish and fillings really create a huge taste bang for me. I’m certain you enjoyed this all, and thanks for sharing with us all.
