[ INGREDIENTS ] for a 6-inch (15cm) cake
5 eggs
6 tablespoons (75g) granulated sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons milk
2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil (or vegetable oil)
2/3 cup (75g) all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups (about 300g) fresh strawberries
2 cups (480 ml) whipping/heavy cream
2 – 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
