Being a pizza cook is so satisfying for these type of orders. I’d put a hefty layer under the cheese and on top at least twice as much. People who request as much as possible often are very happy and grateful when someone really tries to go over the top. If management asks I just say the customer is always right and that I made sure the customer will be back.

Pizza joints in my town usually only put one onion piece per slice. It is sooo sad. They do this even when u ask for double onion. Its a conspiracy.
