First try at fermentation, let’s hope it won’t get mold

  3. Just scoop out any floaters. Make sure everything is under the water line. Give it some shakes each day to help bubbles escape. But otherwise. Pretty painless.

    I have another hot sauce batch and spicy carrots going at the moment. Thinking about trying kimchi at some point, so reading/watching videos on that.

  4. get a vacuum sealer and do dry vacuum fermentation.

    I tried the brime methoid first, then I tried the vacuum method and never looked back
