Cheese filled Pretzels

I am so proud of this pretzel! The recipe made eight of them. You had an option of using honey or sugar. I went with honey and you can definitely taste the hint of sweetness. I thought this it turned out really good. I used smoked mozzarella for the cheese and I would not recommend that only because it did not get stringy
