2 Medium White Onion (Diced)
1 Tin of Chopped Tomatoes (400ml)
1 Tin of Coconut Milk (400ml)
1 Tin of Chick peas (400g)
200g of Spinach (Fresh or Frozen)
500g Red Lentils
2 Tea Spoons of Garam Masala
1 Tea Spoon of Tumeric
2 Table Spoons of Ginger and Garlic Paste
1/2 Block of the Butter (125-150g) Optional for Vegan and Vegetarian

Seasoning
Salt and Pepper
Vegetable or Rapeseed Oil

Garnish

Fine Chopped Coriander
Few Spoons of Greek or Vegan Yoghurt
