Inside of the beer cake I recently made my dad! :)
After a few asks I have snapped a pic of the inside!! Chocolate sponge with a chocolate salted caramel filling, salted caramel drizzled between the layers, with a salted caramel ice! (A lot of salted caramel lol!) 😁

That’s awesome! If you ever do a 2.0, Guinness cake is a thing and would tie to the visual!

Baileys in the frosting couldn’t hurt and goes really good with Guinness as well.
