Sazon Pa’Todo Shrimp Tacos & Mojo Slaw Recipe
TOTAL SERVINGS: 5-7 servings

SHRIMP INGREDIENTS:
• 1 lb of jumbo shrimp
• 2 tbsp of La Lechonera’s Mojo criollo
• ¼ cup of La Lechonera Sazon Pa’Todo seasoning

MOJO SLAW INGREDIENTS:
• 8 oz of shredded red cabbage
• 1 cup of shredded carrots
• ½ cup of Greek yogurt
• ¼ cup of La Lechonera’s Mojo criollo
• 1 large orange squeezed
• 1 lime squeezed
• ¼ cup of agave honey
• 2 oz of chopped cilantro
• 1 tbsp of garlic paste
• 1 tbsp of fresh oregano

THE COOK:
• To prepare your mojo slaw, combine the listed ingredients. I suggest mixing the wet ingredients prior to adding the fresh produce. Refrigerate the mojo slaw for at least 1 hour.
• Prepare the Shrimp: Remove the shrimp shell, devein, and rinse the shrimp thoroughly.
• Once the shrimp is thoroughly cleaned, add La Lechonera’s Mojo criollo as a binder and then season it with La Lechonera Sazon Pa’Todo.
• Optional: If you intend to grill your shrimp, I suggest adding them to pre-soaked grilling skewers. I recommend moistening the skewers for three hours or more before grilling.
• Cook your shrimp at a medium-high heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side. If you choose to grill them, I recommend using mesquite wood to achieve a Tex-Mex flavor.
• Allow them to rest for 5 minutes before serving!
• Enjoy in a delicious taco, rice bowl, or even a salad!

** MOJO SLAW has a shelf life of three days in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
