Just mix all this together and microwave for about 4 minutes. It should still be soft in the middle. I recommend dark cocoa powder (i ran out) because it has a more rich chocolate taste. You can also use unsweetened apple sauce if you don’t have pumpkin.
With almost 50 g protein and 15 g fiber this is a staple in my diet. It’s a 300g serving and is very filling and mentally satisfying. I added 10g choc chips (55 cal) just for presentation but it definitely doesn’t need it.
