    Serve sheppies in a castiron and put a cake tip in there to pipe mash, 500 for like 4 min each side, gorgeous.

    I’m a retired pastry chef, and I keep these in my home kitchen. I haven’t used any other size in 30 years (except for delicate piping, cake decorating).

    The small ones suck ass.
