I am housesitting for someone for a month and they just had a little dinner party, so I’ve been consuming like crazy. The cheese they have is unlabeled but delicious. I’d describe it as a cross between feta and Parmesan but less nutty, very cheesy flavor. It’s got a crumbly texture. I made a bomb salad with it (pic included)
