- Sunflower oil (2 tbsp): 240 calories
Total Recipe Calories: ~1679 calories
For 4 Portions:
Per serving breakdown:
– Approximately 420 calories per portion
– Beef per portion: ~130g raw (becomes ~100g cooked)
– Mixed vegetables per portion: ~150g
– Oil calories per portion: 60 calories

Looks good! I’ve never cooked with sunflower oil, what drew you to that option?
