This is my first loaf, I tried using the more rectangular banneton, but still ended up rounding out. Pretty happy with result, any tips?

    200g starter
    20g salt
    700g water
    1kg bread flour.

    Beautiful! Is this a double loaf? The crumb looks great.
    If you post your recipe and steps we could give you some advice/feedback on what to tweak for different results
