They are located in Indonesia which would cause me to be very skeptical, especially when considering the pricing.

Could be. I got the KJ2 when the 3 released on Amazon for $500

There’s random deals around this level from Atlanta Grill Company and Keystone BBQ supply so on face value the price itself isn’t a red flag, but it does merit some further research
So basically yea, OP, you can get this for $999….but
> Delivery Time for Sea Freight is 12 – 45 days, depending your area/ city/ or country location.
They’ll ship it to you when they got a full load to ship to America and from there, it’s going to go the slowest route possible to your home. It seems to be one of those where you get the killer deal today in anticipation for it arriving in the spring. AND, you gotta hope it’s not damaged else you know the drill:
You’re shipping it back damaged and waiting for them to inspect it when they receive it to then get your money back.
Would I do this? As they have PayPal and I believe in my CC issuer, I would. I also though would know that it’s going to take FOREVER

Use this link and try to get a domestic dealer to price match. I’d try Lowe’s first.

Shipping shows $300 for me.

Update: I checked Lowes and HD to price match, and they both denied on the grounds that wholesalers are excluded in their price match criteria.
The associate at Lowes added the following: “*Upon checking here, it seems that BBQ Supplies Depot has a rather low trust score and may potentially be a scam. The website has several red flags, including a lack of reviews on popular review sites, no SSL certificate, and a low Tranco rank, which indicates low traffic*”.

Check KJ website for official retailers.
Not sure if it’s an official dealer recognized by Kamado Joe: [https://www.kamadojoe.com/pages/find-a-dealer](https://www.kamadojoe.com/pages/find-a-dealer)

I guess I’ll steer clear
