Last night I made Banza (chickpea pasta) with meat sauce: Roas, grass fed beef, and a good amount of vegetables. I was super excited to have a high protein/fiber meal planned out for the next few days.
Well, come this morning I realized that I was so tired last night that I forgot to put it away😠Now all that food is wasted and I have to make something new.
I'm so sad about at the moment.

Looking at that will make you lose weight let alone eating it. Good luck on your journey, though.
Feel ya, I left an entire chuck roast on the counter overnight last week.
This is nearly exactly what I made/posted last weekend! I’m so sorry for your loss 💔
(i’d have still eaten it. LOL)
I looked at the title and pic and thought no way was this a fail, it looks super yummy!!!
I’m so sad you left it out, happens to the best of us.
Twice last year I’ve done the very same thing. It happens.
You made it last night? It was perfectly fine to eat in the morning lol. I don’t see any dairy products.

Why are so many people here okay with eating meat that sat out all night.
If it makes you feel any better, I once (only once) meal prepped with that kind of pasta and by the next day it tasted disgusting. The texture was that of cardboard which has been left outside in the rain and then brought inside after drying.
Oh no!! I wasn’t sure what the fail was at first, because that all looked delicious
Have been there… it was when preparing a nice healthy dish of chicken and vegetables, after a long time getting the food and preparing it. It still hurts to this day 🤣ðŸ˜
