  3. What got me with understanding my age and not feeling like I’m ahead is that since I’m 27 I’m basically on season 1 of friends cause they where all in there 20s when the show started

  4. my word of the year is curiosity – there are so many uncertainties in store for me this year that i just want to remind myself to stay open-minded and curious for allt he changes

  5. 3:03 i have a five year memory book that i've tried to do since 2022 where you write a little snippet of every single day and i'm really gonna try this year. i never got all of the days in previous years

  6. my word of the year is consistency! trying to prioritise healthy habits (such as exercise) even when i may not feel like it because i know it makes me feel good 🙂

I used to do my super simple 3 step skincare routine religiously every morning and night, but I would aaaalways have at least one or two spots that wouldn’t go away and take such a long time to heal. I haven’t used any skincare for 3 months and I have no spots. Only problem I now have is dry skin 😭

  8. My word of the year is Presence! I saw a quote that said “life got sweeter when I realised the magic behind childhood wasn’t because I was a child, it was because I was present”

  11. My word of the year is “act”. I, too, had trouble finding my word and I sat there and thought about the same thing you did. What do I want, why do I want it, and what’s stopping me from getting there? And honestly, it’s myself. I’m not taking the action I need to. So my word of the year is “act”.

  19. word of my year is tranquility!! <3 im doing some meditation courses online to become a certified teacher and have been switching out weight lifting workouts for more full body pilates and yoga sessions and just really focused on peace. For my mental health/anxiety etc it has literally made all of the difference.
