Help, please! I’m a newbie to Korean cuisine and picked these up yesterday after my first adventure to H Mart. Do I need to cook them? If so, how? The label says they are “King Vegetable (or I’m assuming that’s what the label maker intended on it saying) Dumpling” and they were sitting at a room temp display table with the kimbap. Sorry if this is a silly question, but we all have to start somewhere, right? Thank you for the help and guidance!

These are steamed. If you have a steamer that will work. You could also pan fry them. You could probably also pop them in a microwave with a damp cloth covering the bowl.¹

Thank you, everyone! I don’t have a steamer and my skills on the stove are laughable at best. I opted to do the microwave option and it worked out well! Thanks again!

Im inpatient, I’d just bite right in. Or microwave after lightly moistening them

These are cooked, they’re like convenience hot foods you pick up for lunch and eat right away

Fry them for a few minutes, add a splash of water, put a lid on the pot, and give it a minute.

no, but you could steam them if you want to eat them warm.

OP which HMart do you go to? I never see those at mine and it’s a Super HMart.

Deep fry it and dip it into Tabasco or Tabasco mayo

I used to put them in a sieve over a pot of boiling water (not touching the water) and cover them with the lid of the pot. Worked fine 👍

You can steam for a few seconds if you want it warm

Why would you buy something if you don’t know what it is?

Eat one on the car ride home and microwave the rest later~
