A great Christmas treat. Really easy to make:
Walnut halves give them a rinse and place in a mixing bowl. Dry them off a little but you do want them somewhat damp so that the caster sugar sticks. Give them a good coating of caster sugar. Place on a baking sheet/roasting tin. Gas mark 7. Cook for 5 mins and give them a turn. 2 more mins in the oven and done.
