Cranberry “Sauced” Sparkler

    INGREDIENTS:

    * 1.5 oz. Gin or Citrus Vodka
    * 0.5 oz. Lemon Juice
    * 1-2 tbs. Cranberry Juice
    * 1 tsp. Simple Syrup (Optional)
    * 2 oz. Sparkling Wine
    * Garnish with a lemon twist or rosemary sprig.

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine in a shaker. Use a muddler to break up all large chunks of cranberry sauce. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into flute. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon twist or rosemary sprig.
