My mock chipotle bowl (without that delicious vinaigrette 😔) You can easily increase the mix green lettuce for hardly any calories if you wanted more volume. I shoot for volume & high protein, so I can’t get as low calorie as I’d like but that’s alright! This is a pretty big deep set ramen bowl as well – hard to see.
100 g basmati rice cooked, 60 g canned corn, 90 g chopped green mix (just arugula, lettuce, spinach, etc) 40 g fat free mozzarella, 148 g grilled chicken breast (this one is cilantro lime), 55 g nonfat Greek yogurt – blend with water or your choice of milk, add cilantro & seasonings to your preference.
