    This sub will tell you yes but unrendered intramuscular fat is a bad thing and will make the steak unpleasant to eat. Try butter basting after the sear

    Exceptionally well!!! Solid Medium Rare! Very attractive crust! I don’t think this is your first time cooking steak. A first timer producing such results is a 1 in a Million chance.
