Can anyone help me figure out what this is? My local charcuterie place has them and they are absolutely amazing, but I cannot for the life of me figure out what it is. It is amazing with semi soft cheese 👌

What’s the coating ? Used so they don’t break easily? Looks like poppy seed

The shine makes it look like rice multi grain cracker. Most likely crunchmaster. They are delicious.
