Nice, They look well rolled! Personally, those ingredients sound awful, but each to their own. I also hate some of the popular sushi types too, so ya. Simple is good, though!

First time? Gah, my first roll looked like an aborted rice mash. You made it, you eat it, your choice of ingredients. The cuts look even, although it’s hard to tell from above. I would say spectacular first effort. I hope we see more of you creations soon. Thank you.
