I worked for a minor league baseball team for a season or two. I worked general concessions mostly, but I also helped with press/team meals. Those guys ate well, and I got to cook some of the best ingredients I’d ever had and in massive quantities.

“…dinner steaks”. If a slice was thrown on the grill but otherwise what’s pictured is commonly referred to as a “prime rib roast.” Nice cap BTW!!
