Ingredients
Beef mince slow cooked with sautéed white onion, garlic, carrots, and mushrooms in passata, red wine, and a beef stock cube. Seasoned with salt, pepper, sage, thyme, and oregano.
Assembled in layers with dried lasagne sheets and béchamel, and topped with mozzarella and red cheddar.
