Before I started dieting, I was a huge savoury breakfast person. I could not imagine eating a sweet breakfast. I’m a changed person now though and everyday I need my fruits and yoghurt to start my day. Please share your breakfasts with me guys!! I want to see what other people are having 🙂

Sweet and savory, I like to combine. But otherwise sweet
Sweet, I almost always eat Greek yoghurt or oats
Mainly sweet. I like to make overnight oats or overnight weetbix with protein yoghurt and toppings.
Savoury. Eggs & vegetables of some kind.
But I do like chopped apple, pear or frozen berries with Greek yoghurt once in a while. Maybe even some cacao nibs sprinkled over when it’s that time of the month.

Savory. Egg whites with a yolk, turkey bacon, toast, and a little creamy jalapeno sauce and I’m set every morning.
I like both.
If only I could have a croissant for breakfast everyday. One croissant contains half a stick of butter.

I like my oatmeal sweet with fruit and nuts (great picture!). I like sweet muffins and cinnamon raisin bagels. But I also go savory: Avocado toast, eggs, onion/everything bagels. It’s hard to contemplate a breakfast that I don’t like.
I usually have a pre-gym snack instead of breakfast, and too much sugar really makes me have an upset stomach at the gym.
It just depends on the day tbh.
