Brined wings, had to whip up a half dozen for a quick snack before dinner.
Sauced a basic butter and franks buffalo with the addition of peppernorth black cherry reaper sauce and a dash of Lea and Perrins.

Here’s the question..what do you do to filter and save all the oil you use..that problem prevents me from deep frying in my dutch oven .. I appreciate any suggestions
