I have an Anova oven (steam oven) and I finally after having it for years and years I got a steel for it and worked up the nerve to do an open bake sourdough. I’ve been making sourdough since before it was cool like 12 years ago and I’ve never done an open bake. I am so so pleased with them and it’s the best bread I’ve ever made. I can’t believe how well it turned out.
