Cals can be edited depending on what you are going for but ingredients for those interested
Black beans, chickpeas – mash together, add chopped onion, garlic, paprika (if wanted), an egg and a pinch of flour (I used chickpea flour). Prepare in a pan until cooked.
Separately prep the sweet potato and broccoli, for the potato I just put it in the microwave then scooped out the potato from the skins and mashed it up, added that and the broccoli to the pan and voila!

I love this! When I was vegan and lazy, I would take a can of chickpeas and, like, half mash them and scramble them with a ton of indian or, like, taco-type seasonings and veggies! The mashed beans tied everything together, and the chunks of beans made it feel more substantial.
Scrambles are so underrated. 10/10
