Every other seedling I have are two leafed, this one seems to have two different types of leaves on one row like a palm tree

    Yoo, that’s dope! To me this looks like five cotyledons and two true leaves.

    I actually had the [same phenomenon](https://www.reddit.com/r/HotPeppers/s/1l1aR9EwDR) two years ago. My plant turned out to be essentially two plants that shared one stem, Siamese twins if you will. When the plant died in fall and I pulled it out of the ground, the stems separated and revealed two distinct root systems. Sadly, it never yielded fruit. I hope you have more luck with yours!
