Spontaneous father-daughter brunch, then a whole 10” pizza for dinner after snowboarding, plus apres beers. I was ravenous. Worth it!

Went to yoga in the morning, then was on the mountain for four hours… so hoping it cancels out a bit. Part of the journey for me is realizing that’s days like this are important and I can pick it up again in the morning.

    That’s a lot of exercise, also Fridays don’t count.

    Sometimes I wish these apps wouldn’t make going over your daily target seem so negative. People aren’t robots. Instead of an angry red and showing 1,280 “over”, I’d like to see a more neutral expression.
